You are receiving this message because you are either not in the tax office or the
computer is not setup correctly.
Verify that the tax office computer passes the Office Health Check by clicking the link below from the Office Server.
Clear Internet Explorer History
Perform the following steps after verifying that the Office Health Check is a pass.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select Tools > Internet Options
- On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, click
Delete.
- Click Delete all and then click Yes to confirm
that you are sure that you want to delete all Internet Explorer browsing history.
- On the Content tab, in the Certificates section,
click Clear SSL state and then click OK.
- Close all open browser windows.
- Log off of the computer Start > Logoff.
- Log on to the computer and then try to access the application.
If you still do not have access to the application, please contact support via
chat and be prepared to provide the following information:
- The exact error message
- Name of the computer/s with the issue
- Full name of the person/s with the issue
- SSO ID (Include new and old IDs if there are more than one.)
